Update: computer bans would work!! ban the computers not the peoples connection. ~~Update 2: better instant feedback, scripters all rely on league of legend's ban waves remove banwaves and instantly ban them. that is good, and kicking feeders out of live games is better match quality(1 feeder won't help the game he will just make it harder) if one gets 0/5 by 5 min then there should be instant feedback lol

pay to play game: banned = pay again

monthly fee = as above

Source? Because I've talked with and interviewed with Rioters who -- in environments where accurate information is important -- have specifically called out the percentage of international players who frequently use Cyber Cafes, and the sizeable of percentage of overall players that do the same.

It's a LOT more common than you think, and IP address bans are also very ineffective against anyone actually trying to bypass them.

The ip thing is always suggested, but it is just not a practical answer. Maybe...

I have no idea, i want people who are banned, banned but i have not found a single idea that actually works.

Passport? no

IP? could cause problems and not fix the current ones

Computer ban (somehow)? not everybody is using 1 personal computer.

i would appreciate it that if i payed to go to a gaming cafe and use their computers to play league that it's guaranteed not to be ip banned...also if they did ip bans i'm sure my college league club would've had some issues...

Computer bans can work too almost as well but truthfully the only way to eliminate bad behavior is to cause some chaos(banning some cafes on error). But eventually it will lead in the right direction and the game will have a way better experience. Garen NOTE: kicking cheaters out and cafe contacting lol to unban is easy process.

Ok i get your point, there has to be some way to punish trolls right? Are they untouchable by the policy of lol? There has to be something like better instant feedback that scans champ select role calls/language and if people are feeding in game they should be kicked out of the game to not mess up the match further.......
