Why doesn't Riot send an email after you get permabanned?
Just wondering the title, I've had a permabanned account before but I never got an email even though it says you will receive one.

They do, but not if your email isn't verified, it might get caught in your spam folder, or they could have an honest issue on their end sending it.
If you need information on your ban please submit a Support Ticket and they will get with you as soon as they can. Ticket responses are also sent to your email, so make sure it's verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings.
There could be a variety of reasons why you didn't receive the email; you may want to check your spam/junk folder(s), verify that your email is accurate and up-to-date, and that you've allowed enough time for the email to actually reach your inbox.
If you've been waiting on this email for quite some time and there's not a trace of it, please send a ticket to Riot Games Player Support and they can provide you with a bit more clarity on your suspension. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
