We need to do something about trolls in champ select.

I don't know how Riot will do it, but I had to dodge a ranked game due to someone who wanted to troll because someone picked Zed. It's not okay by any means, innocent players like myself get affected due to champ select trolls. I don't know what needs to be added but action has to be taken, perhaps a report button in champion select, or something along those lines.

It's just unfair to think that the jerk who wanted to negatively affected our game and my ELO can still play after threatening to troll, intentionally feed and affect the others around him. It's not fair at all, and action must be taken. Perhaps a Tribunal could work where we can look at champion selects and make a decision from that extent.

I don't know a solution, I am not smart enough. But a solution should be made.
