The fact that you're a support main in Silver has nothing to do with the ban.

Support mains are supposed to be nice and... supportive. Otherwise you piss off your adc and put your team behind x2 because you're tilted and your adc is also tilted. You have to have pretty good social skills to really win games as support.

While you're not the single most toxic person in the community, that chat log tells me that you're not at all pleasant to play with and seem to be the type of player that points out others perceived mistakes. Obviously you have been warned about your behavior frequently in the past and didn't take the hint that you need to improve, so here you are.

Seems like a legit ban to me.

Shotcalling is not harassing for every little mistake. Also, to shotcall, you have to play the game, not Typing Speed Test Simulator 2017. When you say things, make it nice and helpful. You might think you're shotcalling, but "I swear, these bronzies" is not shotcalling. And take your own advice please. Your hubris of your "support" and "shotcalling" abilities instead of assisting your team lead to your downfall.
