Why the hell does ppl go 20-30% winrate champs in ranked

I havent seen this a loooot but its enough to get me pissed the fuk off sometimes...

Im amazed over ppl going champs in ranked where theyre winrate is like below 30%. I mean i had a game now, where one player going Ezrael had 22% winrate with this champ. When i see that while in loading screen (lolwiz), im like, i hope its a friend helpin another friend out who is higher ranked and better adc or some shit.

But guess what, he suks, feeds, and end up blaming jungle or sup, or the whole team. But more amazing thing is that he as adc is not so bad with other adc champs, why the fuk he/she dont go those champs rather a 22% ezrael after 25 games????

U know to get up in any competetive play, there is general rule, go with a strategy who make u win more then 50.1%, its simple math......Win more then 50.1% and u will end up a bit higher all time.

I have an open and honest question to all you "Percent blindness dudes" (i call them that).

1. U know that the best way to maybe tip the game in your favor is to go with a champ u have higher then 50% winrate with in ranked games? 2. U know that 50% is higher then 40% 3. U know 40% is higher then 30% 4. U flunked math?

I mean seriously ffs guys, give me 1 fukin good reason for going a champ u have played like 25 times and have 22% winrate with? What goes up in ur head when u lock that champ, U think.."ah fuk it, 26th is the charm number"? or wtf man?
