Foreign smurfs.

I hate it when people from other regions invade a different region from theirs (this is about those people in general even though it happening to me is what inspired me to make this) and speak a different language than the standard in the region they made a smurf on, then refuse to communicate and steal lanes. Why do people feel the need to make a smurf in another region if they absolutely refuse to learn about that region so that they aren't assholes to the people that have accounts there normally...
