If your whole team agrees to remake you should be able to even if some one isnt afk or dcd. Also I got trolled one game by some one who started moving around and then just afkd and so we couldnt remake because they moved a little at the beginning. Doing this would prevent that.
the only downside is 4 man premades could troll every game
Maybe im misunderstanding but - just before a loss you could just remake and then you wouldn't lose LP?

No. I think that leaves too much room for abuse. I recently had a ranked game where we had a jg not bring smite. That's unfortunate, but shouldn't be remade because one person made a mistake.

Isn't the current remake timer at like 3 min or so?
