Leaver (Remake) punishments mostly because of server problems

Do you really think most people who never connect to the game just up and left? I mean, out of a 40 min game, you really think the highest chance for someone to go "screw this" and leave is at the very beginning? Yet we see most DC's at the beginning of the game. Do you think maybe, I mean MAYBE if you DC at the beginning of the game it MIGHT have something to do with technical issues?

I just got a leaver punishment because of bugsplat. I spent almost ten minutes trying to open task manager, relog, reconnect to the game, have it crash, relog, FUCKING REPATCH, and then finally I get a message saying that the game was disbanded and that I was punished.

At what point was ANY of this my fault? Do you really think ANYONE who DC's at the beginning of the game is just flagrantly leaving? Maybe some, but I've played enough games to know when and where my computer starts having issues, and it's always at the beginning.
