perma banned accounts being unbanned

I hope u do go through with this, just to prove how horrible mismanaged riot is and how desperate u are to get people to play your game as you shed millions of players every month. then I hope as you get more desperate you make it harder to be banned in the first place to make the safe space crew squirm. and I don't want these things because I have banned accounts or like to be toxic. its to prove what people have been saying for a long time, riot is bad at managing there game.
