I thought hard R was a 14 day ban?

Because I got flamed pretty hard by a duo last night calling me a Rtrd in spite of having a positive KDA and helping us secure the win. For some reason they still haven't been put on forced vacation. I've said before duos never seem to get punished but it seems a bit much that they could use hate speech and not be punished.

My understanding is that it's considered to be pretty flagrant toxicity in terms of tripping the punishment system, but isn't considered hate speech for the purposes of getting an escalated punishment.

You're not doing yourself any favors by checking up on them. Just report and move on. You're very unlikely to play a match with that player again. Let Riot's system, .. which I concede is not as efficient as we would like it to be, .. do it's work in the time that it can.

You can be sure that it does catch people simply by refreshing the Player Behavior board and you are sure to see people complaining that they got punishment. You can also be sure that there are many more people that don't come to the boards to complain about it because they understand that what they did was wrong.

Let it go, friend.

the ifs doesnt check to see premades, so them being a duo has no impact of their having a ban, and i feel like saying the hard r if that 's its called on an isolated incident will simply give them a chat ban at worst

No the hard R is the N-Word with the ER at the end instead of just "A" at the end. The A at the end means like friend or person. The ER is always used to incite racism. No one calls the word "rtrd" the hard R.
