Telling your team to ignore inhibs and go for the win is NOT flaming. Telling the adc their role is to destroy turrets when they're trying to be the midlaner and waveclear rather than take said turrets is not flaming.

If you include insults and profanity directed at your teammates, then yeah, it is flaming. Also, you are not magical team captain. You can suggest your team to take a certain course of action, but they aren't obligated to do so. They can play however they want, as long as it's not toxic and helps the end goal of the game.
Yeah most people who play this game are now either flamers or white knights, they either get mad at everything or are extremely zealous about defending their fellow man.
The ADC's role is to survive and attack anything within range, preferably the enemy squishies, but the tank is better than nothing.
I agree 100% everyone is sensitive about everything cause Riot gives them the power to report. It's like rewarding your kids for being brats. They should just let people say what they want to say like every other game out there. World of warcraft lets you say w/e you want as long as it's not harassing someone or using racist terms and they do just fine and has the most players.
