What should I do?

What should I do, I just played with an ultra toxic player. I was lured into saying a few sarcastic things to him after he pin pointed me as the sole reason we were losing a 5 person team game. By no means was I having a stellar game but every team fight would be all scrambled and never went well then he would blame me, and I was missing some shots for sure. After he started bashing me, I paid more attention to what was going on, he was hec and after he talked trash, I paid attention to what was happening during fights as I was riding on tunnel vision at this point due to the toxic speech. Every fight, he would run PAST the enemies, turn around and then ult them into my face, I play back line and he would ult their front line and push them to us OR he would fight 1v5 halfway across the map. Those were his two moves every time. Every fight was 4 of us running towards a dying hec. I mean like I said, it's a 5 player team game so I was for sure still playing badly so nobody is to blame. Everyone is toxic now and I'm saying things like "Everyone is blaming everyone so maybe we are all at fault" Hec didn't respond well to that to say the least. He was very abusive, swearing, complaining, by the end of the game, everyone besides me was ultra toxic (my head was out of the game semi-toxic) I was too lazy to mute them so it still distracted me a bit.

Long story short, I didn't report him but I bet he reported me. I'll never know and that sounds like a leak in the system, am I at 1 strike on the night right now 1/3 of the way to my first restriction??

Was it right to not report him?
