Game freezes, and then a Power outage, now im being punished for leaving game.

This morning I woke up two hours early because of it being a weekend and logged in to play some league.

I then join my first match of the day and league went not responding during my loading screen but I didn't see this as it sometimes takes league up to a minute just to load so I didn't think anything of it until it was over 1.5 minutes.

After looking up how to move the Task manager to my other screen because I couldn't get the Task manager in front of league so I could close the game and relog.

Once that was done I logged in and got to play the first game. Before the game ended, I had a power outage and just logged back in almost 5 hours later.

Now I have leave buster penalizing me for something I had no control over. And on top of that, you place me in a lower Queue so I need to wait 5 minutes before I can even get into a matched game. and then when that 5 minutes is up I NEVER GET THE POP UP SHOWING I HAVE BEEN MATCHED. It just says I didn't click accept. I tried this a 2nd time thinking I may have just missed it or something as I was in the middle of typing this up regarding the leave buster for having a power outage which is in and of itself ridiculous.

This is rediculous, now that I missed queus because they dont pop on top of leave buster. Im never going to get to join a game.

If you got a 5 minute LPQ, then this probably isn't the first time it has happened. You may want to consider running Hextech Repair Tool to check your comp.

First off, you do not get LPQ for leaving one game (or 3). You would had to be afk in multiple games in short amount of total games you played. Secondly, while you (one person) are complaining about being penalized for 5 minutes of LPQ for YOUR PROBLEM (whether you had control over your power outage or not, it is still your problem, not League), nine other people were being penalized with a 4v5 games up to 20-30 minutes for YOUR PROBLEM. Is it fair that 9 people (many more if we're talking about multiple games you afk'd in) had to play 4v5 game while you do not get any kind of punishment?

Let me ask you this. Are you okay with playing 9 out of 10 games with an afk if Rito starts to not give any kind of penalty to anyone who claims to have an excuse that is beyond their control? Is this the slippery slop you would like to open?

Regarding the LPQ pop-up, that is something you will have to submit a support ticket or open a thread in the Client Discussion or Report a Bug board.

The people in the games that you left also had no control over it.
