A request regarding the updated report system

Basically, to make this brief, I really like (for the most part) the updated report categories for post-game. I especially REALLY like that an option was included to report those who were unsportsmanlike, because that's a big one for me. However, I am sad that the option was taken away to report players who are uncooperative, who "refuse to communicate with team", as the old category stated. I still have plenty of times where my teammates are just plain non communicative, unresponsive to pings, and just really not team players. My most recent game I had an Ahri "support" (which I never should have clicked "Ready" for, but I was impatient) to my Varus ADC, and she left me alone in lane at about ten or twelve minutes to go roam and help out the team, abandoning me to try to hold the lane we were already losing, to protect our bot turret from impending destruction. I pinged repeatedly for help, and my jungler did eventually come to try to back me up, but it was too little too late. And what did Ahri accomplish while she was roaming? Absolutely nothing (in fact as a side note I think she only landed one or two charms that whole game, but that's another problem all together). And when I expressed my frustration (without any cursing, for the record) she defended herself by saying it was midgame and she was going to support the team, who admittedly were struggling, but she left bot lane to die and didn't do anything productive in her roam.

Tl;dr is basically, could we bring back the option to report teammates who are unresponsive to pings, who deliberately don't help teammates, etc? I still get lots of these players on my teams and I'd really like to be able to give that feedback that they are not they type of players that I want to deal with in my games.

They never punished players for not communicating in the first place, which is why the option was removed. If someone is purposely ignoring his team to spite them that is one thing and falls under another category already, but simply not agreeing with your calls and not chatting is not a reportable offense; Riot certainly doesn't want people to think they can get banned because they muted someone (and therefore wouldn't respond to them), because you are encouraged to mute people you don't want to listen to.

Imagine though you're in a game where you and all your teammates are working together really well, making good calls, executing sick plays... all except one. There's always one guy who, after you've aced them in a sweet team fight and need to go for dragon, take a tower, or take baron, wanders off to go take raptors or something, when all other 4 players are pinging him for help. I know we've all had that guy on our team; have probably even been that guy at some point. And that is the kind of behavior that can at time actually win or lose games for a team. And you can't really report someone like that for unsportsmanlike conduct or for intentionally feeding because it is neither of those things but in some ways is just as harmful to the other players' game experience.
