Im getting Queue Dodge Timer because I will cuz some douchebags want my position and then I of course say "no" they ban my champ and then im forced to leave Plz help

Well, you aren't forced... lol.
I play unfamiliar champs when this happens. I can't be mad at a game I don't win if I'm playing a champ I don't know. So I just have fun. And that's what a game is all about righttttt???
Just do what I do, hover a different, but similar champ, so your team can tell what kind of role you intend to fill, but if they ban it they won't actually get rid of your intended pick. I do this all the time, hovering Xin when I plan to play Vi, hovering Lux when I want to go Xerath, etc.
It sucks but people are just shitters sometimes. The only way to stop them is to actually play the game through and report them afterwards. So take preemptive countermeasures like I do so that it won't affect you even if they are shitters.
You only play one champ? That's your fault dude. Should have some back ups.
