why is smurfing not punished ??

summoner name deleted << look at this account ... the guy was bronze 2 a weak ago now hes silver 1 with 94% win rate , in season 7 he mained nunu with 41% winrate and 1.01:1 kda (( and dont forget that he had this kda in bronze )) now he has kassa and zed in preseason with 94% winrate and 5.05 kda .... im gold 1 and this guy just cleaned my team solo like we were nothing ... WTF ??? why is smurfing such a casual thing in league ???

he is smurfing for the noob who owns the account he will probebly get this account to plat or gold then hand it to its owner ... not only this smurf is ruining games getting this account to its destanation but after that the owner which is a bronze player now playing in plat league will ruin games till the kingdom comes and gets back to where he belong which you know ... will take awhile and alot of games ... DO SOMTHINGGGGGGGGGG

I would just like to point out that if this player had been on your team, you probably would not have made this boards post. so stop being so sour over one loss and learn something from this "smurf" so you can cope with it the next time you meet one.

If the account was created and leveled by him then smurfing is allowed.

This sounds like a case of boosting which is not allowed.

Please remove the summoner name/ the op.gg. Naming and Shaming is against the boards' Universal Rules.

If one suspects cheating/foul play, report it after the game so that Riot has the game attached as context so that they can investigate it.

Here is not the place for such a report.

Well first, Naming and Shaming is against the forum rules.

Second, this is more so boosting rather than smurfing. You should send a support ticket rather than post it here.

that is called boosting if its not his own account. smurfing is if its an account you will retain

Hey mig mig warwick, what you described isnt called smurfing. Smurfing is when i create an account with intent to keep it at a lower rank, and fully intend ownership.

What you described is called boosting, when i login to someone elses account, and then get them to a more desirable rank, and then give it back.

The first is not punishable because i own the account im playing on. The second is completly bannable.
