Why do I have to be put with 40cs Annie 40mins in promos?

Fix your algorithm its actually aids. Hey riot maybe people who hit their promos 4 times in less than 3 days maybe deserve to get put in that division. Sick of trolls unranked and rage quitters in all my games. This is the definition of tilt.

you must hard carry to pass promos. Thats riots way of keeping people from promoting.
