Extremely toxic child - Ranked Nonsense

Hello people, again.

I'll make it short and sweet.

What happens when you have a roaming Blitz with almost no support items till late game, and an incredibly toxic Yi?

This happens.

NOTE: I DID tell Diana to mute us during that exchange as a joke, because she complained along the lines of us keeping it on our own chat, but instead of understanding the problem (which our Wukong and Kassadin had a problem with too), decided to add to it, insulting for no reason whatsoever.

END GAME: Went like this = Yi poking fun at my 'challenjour' remark (which is considered a joke), then incited the enemy team to report me instead, while acting like the victim in /all chat, then led to me simply telling them they had no place in this game, and I feel sorry for whoever plays with them, then someone else joins Yi as well, claiming I was the only one being toxic (when the only times I did 'insult' him, was calling him a royal c**t and an a-hole, and those were completely separate occasions, unlike the constant barrage of insults towards Blitz). Yi then essentially harassed me to no end, until I sent in that report and got that nice 'Instant Feedback' window within 2-3 minutes of putting it in.

For any of you saying 'you need to get thicker skin', it's not about that specifically, since the flaming wasn't directed towards me anyways, so I SHOULDN'T care, but I do. And just having thicker skin doesn't mean I should let players like those go loose against others as well, for no reason. Muting gets me no evidence of whatever they're saying, thus gives me nothing specific to report about. While it is a good tool, it shouldn't be the ONLY thing to do. Because while some people might take it like a joke and play along, others might not. Regardless, toxicity is no joke, and needs to be punished.

TL;DR: Toxic player flames, flaming gets someone else accused of toxicity, toxic player on other team joins in, first toxic player plays victim, game ends awfully, first toxic player harasses even more, second brings in third toxic player, report goes on, punished.

Any thoughts on this?

(Downvote me as you like for whatever reason, and Naming and Shaming rules [because yeah] are incredibly dumb, because the only way you can deal with toxicity is having more people know about who is toxic, to preemptively expect what that person behaves like/or mute altogether, I don't know. If people joined that guy, even though there is proof against them, then I should have someone thinking like I do as well).
