How Come My Reports Do Nothing?

I'm a Bronze player, every single game there is at least 1 player on my team who is toxic, and often times at least 1 person on either team with an offensive name, so i report them, and i haven't gotten a single notice about these toxic players getting punished, just last game i was getting called "a bitch ass talon" from 1 of my teammates, telling everybody in all chat to report me, these are 2 key words that gets players banned, but they're off the hook for no reason at all, i have a friend who got group reported, banned for 2 weeks, gets back in the game, gets group reported again and permanently banned, meanwhile he never said anything, but these other players who are incredibly toxic are never getting punished.

Since i report people so often, it feels like the effectiveness of my reports has gone down because of false reports, but it's true, there is at least 1 toxic player on my team EVERY GAME.

Give some examples for what u report people. What do you consider toxic?

People who flame, like the teammate i had last game calling me a "bitch ass talon", i only report those who flame/have offensive names, i usually don't report players who ask other players in all chat to report somebody unless they said something offensive, i also report players who intentionally feed, and some people who leave the game (give first blood then disconnect), but those 2 offenders are pretty rare.

Well, if you're like me and stuck in bronze, then you report nine out of ten games, and usually this involves reporting everyone on your team and the enemy team for cheating and/or feeding, then perhaps, like me, your reports have been devalued by riot and don't count as much anymore.

Try to only report when you have to.

Also, how do you know your reports are doing nothing?

It feels like they do nothing because i haven't gotten any notice from Riot stating that the toxic player has been punished, if my friend gets banned by not doing shit then i assume that everyday toxic players should be banned.

toxic players are banned. that's like the only thing riot cares about please, you have no case. i've reported at least 10,000 players and only gotten 2 notices so far.
