Punishment to harsh?...

So Recently My league client crashed and when I came back into the game my team voted onto a "Remake" which is what ever thats fine I accept that. Instead of giving timers now they give you this : "You are ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or afk behavior"; , I could maybe understand this punishment if I like trolled and afk'd in game... but why is this happening after the game is REMADE? Feel free to check my op.gg to see if its true. Riot don't take away my loot because of my system crashing...? I would much rather have the timer (which seems they have removed and replaced it with restricting loot)... im disappointed.

Edit: I should mention this is after ONE game.
