Do I derseve this perma ban? (No trolls please)

  1. Only 2 games they could pull from last ban. The only 2 games. Like out of 50. Really just THESE 2 games
  2. 1st game they were toxic in champ select but the taric was actually toxic & the ryze (teammates) didn't want to type the shit in champ select in game.
  3. Note that the second game the bard typed first "Hey frontline do your job" then proceeded to type the whole game then play. which i was just telling him
  4. Actually tell me how I am toxic.

Also Riot claims and assume just from these two games that I am really doing this when I'm not. Again not even toxic. Am way reformed then anything else. Also last thing the enemy said "ori mvp" when I was tanking and making them waste their resources but ori mvp smh last play she was useless and didn't do shit with a 4 man bard ult then died and we lost.

This really is talking down to and/or making demeaning comments about the play of your peers, yes.

If the account had previous punishments (specifically a 14-day ban) this might indeed push you over the edge.

You to understand that the ryze & taric were actaully toxic in champ select though. I was simply saying that in game chat. Again the bard was just typing the whole game when we were fighting. Simply repeating that. Ori not doing shit just saying she wasn't doing shit because she wasn't. And it pretty clear when you see ur teammate not do anything. I guess the ori part is the only I will take for toxic. But ANYTHING ELSE ANYTHING ELSE AT ALL WHERE WAS I TOXIC.

Spending the entire game harassing your bard for typing, even if he IS being toxic himself, is not acceptable behavior. Spending a good part of a game telling your Taric and Ryze off for being "keyboard warriors" is likewise unacceptable, EVEN IF THEY'RE DOING WORSE THINGS.

Other players being toxic does not give you a pass to harass them.

The system doesn't care at all what the situation is or who else is typing or what they're saying. If they're reported then those cases are looked at separately. It cares what YOU and ONLY YOU are saying. If you're being an asshole even in "self defense" you're still being an asshole. It's like two kids fighting on a playground and the teacher sees it. If one kid points to the other and say "He started it" that teacher isn't going to let him off easily even if that other kid "did start it." Everyone involved is getting trouble.

Its hard to not defend yourself its human nature to fight back when a kid picks on a kid or a man at work is taking blatant advantage of you, you cant simply just roll over a die and pretend like its not an issue humans have emotions and blow that's why it's imperative riot punishes the aggressor more harshly than the other player. How can you stop toxicity if you never kill the root cause it's like trying to fight cancer and cutting around the tumor.

I Isee a bit of a slippery slope here. The examples you used are a lot different than someone insulting you in a video game. Flaming and raging "back" at someone is not the best way to "defend yourself". There are a few handy tools though. Such as the "mute" and "report" options.

Ok how many times, imagine youre not a smurf I personally play split push I need to communicate with team so they know the objectives to take while i draw pressure. If I was a diamond smurf I wouldn't care I would carry on mute all i don't need the 4 members. So you mute all 1 game your 500 games into your season mute all? you've been playing league for a couple seasons now just mute all? eventually you have to talk eventually you get mad at a troll and you blow up and that's what happened to this guy. Game 1 he got trolled wasn't toxic he held back we can agree, but game 2 pulled the trigger sucks. Challenger players always say you want to climb get rid of your feelings. Get rid of human emotion that's how you succeed in rank sadly it is truly the only way.

i agree with you men riot picks on the victims not the actual trolls same shiit happeneded to me there was this kayn top who was feeding his ass off and i told him to play safe and he said fuckk of gank or shut up when i tried talking back riot decided to repoprt me they didnt even report the one that started the toxicity but me. And alot of this kids here think muting them works best well let me tell you this it doesnt it just doesnt work at all you cant play the game without communicating with team and if your team is butthurt and bullying you you gota defend you self and thats where riot comes in and bans your ass lmao joke system and commmunity

The rules simply boil down to "don't be an asshole". I've been playing since 2011 and have never been punished. It's really not all that hard. If someone is trolling or playing poorly then ripping into them isn't going to magically make them better or make them stop trolling and play their best. You gain NOTHING except maybe some small satisfaction that you typed some means words that showed up on someone else's screen miles aways.

If you get punished often enough that you got the permaban and still can't see where you went wrong, then you reall have no business playing this game. Try DOTA, HoN, or HoS. Maybe they let people be assholes there, I don't know as I haven't played them.

If anything you can play some Player Unknown Battlegrounds. They let people rage, flame, and insult each other all they want. For even more fun put on a headset and enable voice chat to hear all the teenage kids yelling childish insults. Just try and understand that shit isn't allowed here.

From what i learned from my perma banned earlier today riot does not give a damn about who trolls you or who is toxic or who is feeding inting or whatever. I have learned and can prove through other people smurf accounts on op.gg you can actually feed and afk and purposely lose and it's not a bannable offense because it's ok to "play poorly" intentionally feed or passive afk or whatever as long as they don't type in chat they are fine. The issue is if your reply and speak to them or defend yourself and they report you you're screwed because I believe Riot only looks at 1 perspective of the chat from yours when issuing their judgement and not at the root cause or not at anyones attitude towards you. My advice know yourself if you make a new account don't talk to your team don't communicate with them because regardless of what anyone wants to believe 90% of the players you encounter will say terrible things and worst things and just responding digs your own grave. In terms of ranked you can climb without talking to them and the biggest tip I can give to help you not unmute all and flame is expect your team to do bad expect them to be trash it's inevitable unless you're smurfing sad to say it's not a team game it's who is the better carry, all about making your enemy feeding and carrying your team sometimes your team plays well sometimes they don't as I said earlier do not type in chat do not argue with trolls it only screws you in the end.

So, I'll give my honest assessment: if this were a fresh account, this probably wouldn't be a perma-ban. That being said, take a look at each line you type and honestly ask yourself, "Am I typing about the game or am I going back-and-forth with trolls?"

Now, the bad: From what I see, you take almost 13 minutes of typing in the first game before you say anything of substance about the game and, in this case, it's more of a dig than suggestion. EVERYTHING before that is either goading or crap-talking to your own team. The second game, you spend every one of your opportunities in chat ragging on the Bard (expect for ragging on the Ori).

I'm not one for 3-strikes-you're-out, mandatory minimums aren't right for the real-world and on-line is made up of shades of grey as well. Assuming these are the full transcripts and only games, I would petition, acknowledge that you're getting better in toxicity, can see where your statements were not helpful at all, and ask for leniency - perhaps getting away with a new 14-day ban or something lighter.

If they do grant you that, and if you want to keep the account (or any of your other accounts), lighten up on the back-and-forth bickering, especially to your own team.
