  1. Only 2 games they could pull from last ban. The only 2 games. Like out of 50. Really just THESE 2 games
  2. 1st game they were toxic in champ select but the taric was actually toxic & the ryze (teammates) didn't want to type the shit in champ select in game.
  3. Note that the second game the bard typed first "Hey frontline do your job" then proceeded to type the whole game then play. which i was just telling him

"From one game alone, it's completely clear to see how you are talking down to others, provoking them. and making demeaning comments towards your peers". Also Riot claims and assume just from these two games that I am really doing this when I'm not. Again not even toxic. Am way reformed then anything else. Also last thing the enemy said "ori mvp" when I was tanking and making them waste their resources but ori mvp smh last play she was useless and didn't do shit with a 4 man bard ult then died and we lost.

This really is talking down to and/or making demeaning comments about the play of your peers, yes.

If the account had previous punishments (specifically a 14-day ban) this might indeed push you over the edge.

From what i learned from my perma banned earlier today riot does not give a damn about who trolls you or who is toxic or who is feeding inting or whatever. I have learned and can prove through other people smurf accounts on op.gg you can actually feed and afk and purposely lose and it's not a bannable offense because it's ok to "play poorly" intentionally feed or passive afk or whatever as long as they don't type in chat they are fine. The issue is if your reply and speak to them or defend yourself and they report you you're screwed because I believe Riot only looks at 1 perspective of the chat from yours when issuing their judgement and not at the root cause or not at anyones attitude towards you. My advice know yourself if you make a new account don't talk to your team don't communicate with them because regardless of what anyone wants to believe 90% of the players you encounter will say terrible things and worst things and just responding digs your own grave. In terms of ranked you can climb without talking to them and the biggest tip I can give to help you not unmute all and flame is expect your team to do bad expect them to be trash it's inevitable unless you're smurfing sad to say it's not a team game it's who is the better carry, all about making your enemy feeding and carrying your team sometimes your team plays well sometimes they don't as I said earlier do not type in chat do not argue with trolls it only screws you in the end.

So, I'll give my honest assessment: if this were a fresh account, this probably wouldn't be a perma-ban. That being said, take a look at each line you type and honestly ask yourself, "Am I typing about the game or am I going back-and-forth with trolls?"

Now, the bad: From what I see, you take almost 13 minutes of typing in the first game before you say anything of substance about the game and, in this case, it's more of a dig than suggestion. EVERYTHING before that is either goading or crap-talking to your own team. The second game, you spend every one of your opportunities in chat ragging on the Bard (expect for ragging on the Ori).

I'm not one for 3-strikes-you're-out, mandatory minimums aren't right for the real-world and on-line is made up of shades of grey as well. Assuming these are the full transcripts and only games, I would petition, acknowledge that you're getting better in toxicity, can see where your statements were not helpful at all, and ask for leniency - perhaps getting away with a new 14-day ban or something lighter.

If they do grant you that, and if you want to keep the account (or any of your other accounts), lighten up on the back-and-forth bickering, especially to your own team.
