Phreak has said so recently that some of tyler1's recent accounts have been punished, so lets stop with the whole "Tyler1 is reformed un ban him"

To be fair, it's part of his ban condition that all of his accounts will be auto-banned for no reason as soon as they're found. He is not "perma-banned" but "indefinite-banned", his bans are not targeting his accounts, but him as a player. So his accounts getting banned doesn't really mean he hasn't reformed.

Not saying he should be unbanned however, given that a person still has to live with the consequences of their actions and if the ban were to be lifted (by that I mean the hunting would stop. The banned accounts, or at least the main one, would stay banned), it's not going to be anytime soon just yet.

However I still feel drawing perhaps false conclusions, isn't being fair either.

There's a difference between being punished and banned.

Let's say he skirts under the radar, for now. Human Rioters have not actually detected him yet to ban him again. However, if he is reported in games he plays, the automated system will handle his punishments, which would likely be a chat ban for first offense. The automated reporting system being used to issue punishments acts independently of Rioters. It would only be instances where human employees get involved where they can determine if it's Tyler and then shut him down. So it is very very possible for him to be punished without being banned.

The way I see it, Tyler1 has a ban on streams. If he streams, he's identified and banned.

I'm not sure. Any time I see one of his alts playing in someone else's stream/youtube vid, he seems reformed to me. I don't think there's a grand conspiracy among all the streamers to get him back. To the contrary, I think if he was being toxic, someone would've made a vid about it by now.

I'm not talking about when he's streaming. I'm talking about when he pops up on anyone else's stream. Even when they're playing a smurf and odds are he doesn't know it's even a streamer that he's playing with.

According to the phrase, the third time is the charm, not the 20th or whatever Tyler is on. If you can't reform long before time #20, you deserve ban on sight. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Also if they UNBAN Tyler 1 there will be a shit ton of post about the PERM Ban for everyone else. I think riot will just hold onto there integrity

His permabanned accounts would not be unbanned. What would happen is that his indefinite persona non grata ban (As in, the one where Riot has made it clear they intend to permanently ban any of account that's been identified as being used by him) would be removed.

That would be the one done with the intent of making it hard for Tyler to stream or upload videos of his League of Legends games, because well, his name would be there for all to see, as well as for why any penalty he received would be elevated to harsher penalties.

That said, it would seem whats being implied from the clip of Phreak's stream, is that Tyler 1 has not ceased with the toxic behavior. It is less than he was at his worst, but not enough to have the "unwelcome person" ban status removed.

Tyler1 has stated that it is because his girlfriend plays at the same ip as him and she is toxic but phreak just assumed that an account from that ip being toxic must be tyler1.
