4v5 got me a chat restriction

I am trying to understand why I got punished because of a 4v5. In this game our jg got pissed at our top laner and decided to mess with him. And made out top laner quit the game. This was a Ranked game, and it was a 4v5 the game lasted for around 25 mins. My top laner went afk before 15 mins in. And I wanted to ff so we could move on to a different game instead of wasting our time with that game. Their top laner was fed and their mid laner. My adc didn't want to ff because it was his last game before work. I tried to reason with him that playing this game was going to prob go around 30 mins because they normally do and it was going to waste everyones time. He rages and me and I told him don't play a damn ranked game before work. So I am trying to understand why I got a chat restriction? I got punished because my stupid jg made my top laner quit the game and my adc wanted to waste evreyones time with a game we actually lost hard. the enemy team was taking their time with us and made the game go almost 40 mins. This community is so toxic. I got reported because I didn't want to waste evreyones time in that game
