I got punished unfairly and I request for the punishment to get removed

This is the text chat of a game that just warranted me a 25-game chat restriction ( I just got off an UNFAIR as well 10-game chat restriction , but that's another issue, I had a bad score and people picking on me while I responded, so I can understand the system being tricked by false people reports there even if it was totally unfair)

Context: A guy pick Shaco support, and then proceeds to not do ANYTHING for the entire laning phase (stand still in brush and do not using summoners, spells or placing wards), then starting to write things like "play safe" and "stop feed" once I die because I get pushed into tower , so him and others (especially the Fizz mid) just start to flame me for my score, while the enemy bot lane say in chat that it was not my fault as I was playing 1 vs 2 both in game and post game lobby Note i didn't use really insults here, so it is not a matter of language or anything, it is a matter of guys flaming me despite being setting behind by another guy that on purpose shifted the blame on me (not that after laning phase he started to play some but kept flaming me)

In post game chat lobby that is not mentioned in the report card, jinx and sona (the enemy bot lane) said once again that it WAS NOT my fault as I practically got no support It is incredible how the system punished ME instead of Shaco that caused that, and especially how some people are purposedly so stupid (especially the Fizz that flamed me) to not listen to the freaking ENEMY TEAM saying that I was not at fault for my score because i had no support next to me

I shouldn't even be forced to write this thread honestly, I PRETEND the chat restriction get lifted

All of this is at least annoying, and a good chunk of it is harassment/verbal abuse. This will not be overturned.

I think this warrants the chat restriction (10 or 25 game, whicever level of punishment you were at). You are responsible for your own chat, regardless of what others said. And they are responsible for their chat, regardless of what you said.

Now, if this had 'jumped' from no prior punishment to a 14-day suspension, I'd be in agreement that the punishment was too harsh.

Just a warning (player to player) since this was considered punishable, a third punishment is likely to result in a 14 days suspension - and I'd hate to see you have your account suspended, or worse - permabanned. :(

And, I totally understand your frustration. I think it's just the way you approached it. There's nothing wrong with asking Shaco for help. Once you realized he wasn't going to help and that he was just trolling/friefing, the best thing to do would have been to play as though you were in 1v2 (because it sounds like you actually WERE) and then report him for griefing after the game.

Another toxic player got justly banned, came to boards so people would tell them how unjustly they were banned, understood that no one thinks they were unjustly banned and instead of accepting that they were wrong trying to explain why they are unjustly banned and it Riot who are wrong.

Nothing new, seen it many times.

You know it's hard to judge chats because they are one sided so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt to players. This is just my personal opinion and not something Riot shares. So I was on the fence about you from reading your post.

Then however I start reading your replies to the comments people have written to your thread. Come to find out if you acted the way you're acting now in game you FULLY deserve to be punished. I'm not sure how you think referring to others as "idiots" makes your case any better.
