Please help me

I have tried reporting toxic players after games but it hasnt worked yet. Today I was in a game who flamed me after when i dodnt smite red, she left me with the reset full health golem at lvl 1, so i took 5 or so farm so i could get lvl 2. She then spent her time taking my jg and lost her turrets at around 10 minutes and then fed the rest of the game after telling us she would do so. (i can post what exactly she said if asked) and she ended the game 1/11/1. I would love to hear responses back maybe from rioters because i am 100% sure that this banning for toxic behavior thing doesnt work anymore. I look forward for replies. Thank you.

I've only seen an alert of a player being punished in my last 700+ games. It almost never does anything. (Most of those games were in B1 or lower MMR, so the toxicity is unreal)

Reporting players does help. Sometimes your report just isn't the proverbial "Straw that broke the camel's back" but it still helps.

Don't post what they said. Its just not a good idea.

She sounds really ignorant and she shouldn't be flaming or behaving so poorly.

If you wish to report someone outside a game, you can report them by submitting a ticket on the forums.
