You can always send in support ticket. These tend to carry a bit more weight than just the general in client report.
I would encourage you to submit a ticket to submit a ticket to support, including what was said, their summoner name, and screenshots if available. They will be able to assist, most likely.
just mute everyone because league is a 'team oriented strategy game' EDIT: also, this is why discord exists. just send them a link if they want to talk.
so, saying someone should kill themselves is wrong. But , if you can't do that roll, don't play that roll, or practice in norms or vs bots.
