Am I allowed to call someone a patzer in a game? If someone I didn't know said that to me in real life it would mean a fight, but not sure if it's against league rules.

It'll be taken seriously if someone reports you, which applies to all insults in the game. Do you really think some random stranger will know what a patzer is and report you for it? I wouldn't.
