After chat restriction how long until you can receive loot?
I'm wondering how long it takes to receive hextech rewards after being punished with a 10 game chat restriction. I believe it is 3 months not sure though.

Riot seems to be deliberately keeping the details hidden to discourage players from simply doing the minimum to receive rewards, then continue toeing the line on toxicity. Honestly I'd guess that you can get back to hextech crafting in much less than 3 months if you stay on your best behavior.
There is no time. But ... It's not 3 months. It seems like it depends on how many games you played with good / neutral behavior. Dunno how they capture that.
But on the german foren, there where a lot of people who said they can finally earn this stuff ;-)
