No chat restrictions, Level 5 honor - 14 day ban for trolling in chat for 1 normal game???

I'm confused? Are any Rioters able to clarify if this is a bug? It was instantly after the game finished too so it was clearly an automated thing rather than a case review of some kind.

I could understand a chat restriction but I was even clearly sarcastic with most of my trolling: such as telling the support to sell all their items and buy a sightstone or I'll afk (which I'd do for everything, despite playing seriously the whole game?).

Just seems hugely blown out of proportion considering I am even Honour 5, have no punishments before hand, and it being a normal game.

This is not a bug, you were caught by the instant feedback system for zero tolerance (hate speech, death threats, etc)

That is 100% correct. The automated system picked up this behavior right after the game finished.

Zero tolerance is a special area that automatically escalates your penalty; it will always result in either a 14-day ban or permanent ban depending on the severity.

We take this type of behavior extremely seriously. Telling people to kill themselves and hate speech are big no-no's. A simple litmus test is, what would happen if you walked up to a stranger and repeated your chat?

Extreme toxicity, racism, hetspeech, homophobia and similar stuff can lead to a skip of chat restrictions. If you want to know what triggered it feel free to post your chatlogs here.
