I'm wondering if riot actually reads the chat logs or not and all parties involved in reports . I can careless what someone says to me I'm not reporting them because that is being biased and a hypocrite because 100 % of the player base is toxic that is fact . Just because you yourself don't find actions words builds toxic doesn't mean it's not

Riot has the IFS, the instant feedback system. When you report a player his chatlogs, what he said, gets checked through by a bot.

That is a very cynical way to look at things. If you look at it that way then everything in existence is toxic.
