tl;dr:

1. Are these logs toxic? (p.s. I know calling for reports is against summoner code, I very rarely do that, this fizz was hardcore flaming and lying about what is said in chat logs though. I just won't type anything from now on)

2. The chat restriction includes this game as a report for toxicity before a game where I ran it down mid because my team died 10 times in 7 minutes, at which point I lost all faith in the match and proceeded to run it down mid because the match was unwinnable. First time I have EVER run it down mid in close to 650 hours of playing League. Without the running it down mid, is this reportable chat behavior? Need to know so I can reform myself in the eyes of Riot, since this keeps happening where I'm not swearing or berating teammates in my matches and I'm being reported consistently by randoms.
