Curse Voice banned my friend?

My friend got his account banned for third party, he is using AMD card, his name is _ Rox Lucian_ please help, as far as Ive known him 2 weeks, he was just playing with us, we finished the game he logged off and cant log back in 1 hour later after our break was over, all he do different is download curse voice, he has an amd card i read something about amd considering curse as a third party app?

[zombie-brand-facepalm] PLEASE HELP! he was really deprressed said he spent over 1000 dollars on the account and it got banned for a voice chat app...

I did tell him and i think he did, but im just back here to repost for him cause that really sux, perma ban on a thousand dollar account for a voice app XD he is probally loathing, poor soul but i thought i could do my fair bit and help out some way to help u guys look into it

hes not banned for downloading curse.

3rd party progam usage requires a more intensive investigation than taking a quick peek.

hes a lost cause. go make new friends.

Maybe, but AMD ACTUALLY HAS ISSUES WITH LEAGUE WITH OLDER GRAPHICS CARDS BET U DIDNT KNOW! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH THANKS, and IF HE DID THIRD PARTY PROGRAM IM GLAD HE GOT BANNED BUT HONESTLY HE WAS IN THE GAME WITH US RIGHT AFTER DOWNLOADING CURSE AND GOT BANNED

I cant talk to him no voice chat or form of communication his curse crashed his comp so im sure he deleted it

I'm sure you have some way to talk to him. In any case Curse is perfectly allowed, so that wasn't what got him banned.

Again he logged off, there is no way i can contact him, i met him 2 weeks ago, he was in game and in curse voice, then league crashed he deleted it while in game, then he couldnt log in.... thats it, i will tell him if i ever see him on his alt account which i doubt cuz he just logged off so... idk im just trying to help
