Curse Voice banned my friend?

My friend got his account banned for third party, he is using AMD card, his name is _ Rox Lucian_ please help, as far as Ive known him 2 weeks, he was just playing with us, we finished the game he logged off and cant log back in 1 hour later after our break was over, all he do different is download curse voice, he has an amd card i read something about amd considering curse as a third party app?
