I need a mod or Riot employee's attention on this please.

I normally wouldn't take to the forums to report someone, but it has to be done for this guy.

I've played 4 different games all spaced throughtout time with this same person. Each and every time, they were AFK for the first 10 minutes, but they don't activate leaver buster, because they move from time to time. Then, around the ten minute mark, they'll go to lane, usually top lane, and feed hard. I've reported all four times. So have other people. Looking at his match history after the most recent game he trolled, it's clear that his match history is full of ranked games, where he did the same exact thing, or afked and didn't come back. I'm sure others have reported him then too, to no avail. Is anyone willing to help me shut this troll down? At least kick him from ranked games. It's clear he's doing it for negative intent. Please help me.

He is trolling cleverly by getting a few kills and assists and winning the occasional game when his team stomps despite him, so it gives the impression he's trying. That's why Riot's algorithms don't catch him. However, when you look at his match history as a whole, it's clear his only intention is to drag down the team.

I pinned Best Vi Earth's comment, because that's what you need to do at this point. You need to report after the game via the post-game report feature and you should file a support ticket if you want to submit screenshots/further proof of the incident.
