has at least 1 super obvious hacker in it.

was kindred vs a sej and velkos that had impossibly fast movespeed and the sej could see teh whole map. she had to have because i could not gank or anything she was right there. every time i tried to do anything she got it first. she was tracking my movements impossibly hard.

and teh vel was piece of work too. was casting his w from impossible angles and it had no dely at all in the detonation. plus 1 time i fight him 1v1 in the jungle he kiled me with only 500 dmg when i had full hp. and i had 1200 hp.

i really hate hackers. and im somehow the only person that is vs there fuckign game ruiners

They're not hacking lol. You got spotted on the map by wards and she simply counterganked you. The Vel'Koz was simply a good player.

Blaming hacks is as low as one can get.

A. That is not what hacks look like. Hacks dont increase stats https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BE09lR5wOJs above me is a video explaining how scripts work(not mine btw)

B. I'm pretty sure if someone were scripting they would play better than a B4 level and not be matched with you

Good junglers can frequently predict where the enemy jungler is. Hell, I'm not even a good jungler and I can predict where the enemy jungler is most of the time. All it takes is knowing which side the jungler started on and then having an understanding of respawn timers. If the jungler started bot side then he is most likely going to do 3 camps and then look to gank top or mid. When his bot side buff respawns he will most likely get that buff and then look to gank bot or mid. This makes counter ganking extremely easy. Also, based on his clear you can place aggressive wards inside his jungle and track his movements with even better certainty. Once you begin to understand his patterns as a player it becomes extremely easy to get inside his head and predict where he's going to be. I've literally had games where I had a 4 level advantage on the enemy jungler because I would predict where he was going, surprise and kill him, and then take all his jungle camps. The dude didn't get any jungle farm for over 10 minutes.

Its not hacks, its game knowledge.

If you are going to accuse other players just simply upload the full replay with the hide names option active, you did so once and everybody explained that it wasn't hacking but a mechanic you didn't understand. Every few weeks you appear here accusing people of hacking but it is not that simple.

There are 2 types of hackers:

you have scripters:

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rw5WqYkBEBI ] explained here by the youtube rheizmann

and exploiters:

[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zjm5Oct0LDQ ] seen here at 4:08 by garen(TO THE MODS, THIS EXPLOIT IS REMOVED SO PLEASE DON'T REMOVE THIS POST FOR SHOWING EXPLOITS).

The people who use this exploit get permabanned in no time because they get detected by the scripts.

as in your case: sejuani build switness boots and zz rot(gives movements speed around turrets).
