I feel like this should be obvious but with some of the names I've seen....
Would having my summoner name as "Rule 34" be considered offensive in anyway if it's available? XD

They don't seem to have an issue with "hentai" in names unless the context alongside something else makes it worse, so that alone is probably ok. However, if you're ever in doubt with whether something is ok or not, it's better to just not do it. I will get a second opinion from some of the guys from player support.
Edit: 2 from player support are ok with it, at least when used by itself.
