I would like to stop getting banned for defending teammates

Sadly this is the second time I've gotten a chat restriction for defending my teammates against a toxic player, and then the toxic player cries and says hes the victim to the enemy team and the enemy team reports me because I tell the toxic player to stop being toxic. Heres a good idea disclude enemy team reports for verbal abuse and only have it for intentional feeding. BTW this same toxic guy went 0/16 because he started running it down on towers.

And Riot would like you to stop using toxicity against toxic players. Two wrongs don't make right.

Mute. Report. Move on. Tell your team to do the same.

it's not your job to defend them though...

and if the player being targeted has muted the original flamer then it's just 2 guys flaming, no fun.

Wanna defend another player? "Hey x, ignore/mute y. Don't fret about what they say."

Fun fact, enemy reports don't matter for verbal cases unless you said stuff in /all chat. When they report for verbal it accounts for what they can see. Additionally, 1 report does the same as 9; so doesn't really matter.
