Send a support ticket requesting more information about your 14 day suspension. Chances are it was a manual review instead of an automated system, hence the lack of information. Please keep in mind that it can take a few hours to a few days for someone on the Support team to answer your ticket. "Bumping" it does not make the process go faster, and instead refreshed your queue putting you at the back of the line again.
Also, check your emails. Usually when you receive a ban you get an email stating so with your reform card. Check your junk folder as well since it can sometimes get filed as spam.

Yeah, likely a manually reviewed ban. You won't ever get an automated ban from AFKing, and when a manual ban happens like that no Email is actually sent. Oddly enough, you'll still be eligible for Hextech loot after the ban, unlike the automated ones.
