Can you report someone for playing while under influenced or "baked/high"?
Just had a riven play while being "Baked" and he pretty much just inted for about maybe first half-ish.
We still won thanks to our jungler but.. Yeeaaah game harder than needed to be T_T
Anastaecia2 votesHow could it be proven? Even if it could be, maybe that guy over there is on pain meds which make him a little loopy. That one over there just got up and their motor skills aren't up to speed yet. Oh, and look at her....she has minor arthritis in her hands, which makes her skill shots off some times.

rework trundle1 votesAs long as they're not breaking the rules, no. If they're inting or flaming, report them just like you would report any other player.

Banned2Much LOL1 votesHe was aware somewhat of what he was doing but if you look at the time frames and such there was a time early on he ran mid and died to my opponent randomly and a couple of times early on top within short-ish time.
