I see this all of the time. The vast majority of players don't know that multiple reports in a single game makes no difference.
ur wrong 1 = 9 IN THE SAME GAME
not 1 = 10000
This is what riot claims, to discourage people from not begging for reports, but whether this is the truth or not remains to be seen.
