Spamming Surrender Vote

Is this punishable? To me it falls into the same place as saying "gg ez" and other unsportsmanlike things. Its extremely frustrating to play with people who start giving up at 10 minutes or less.

While we are on the subject, is there anything against the rules at all about champion select? A really good example is a game I just had where a duo queue that was at zero LP, decided they didnt care if they won that game, and decided to go caitlyn jungle and orianna support. Usually I do not really care what people pick, but they proceeded to feed like they didnt care at all, and then decline the surrender vote to make the rest of us suffer as long as possible. Is this okay to do in ranked?

It technically would fall under spamming / harassment. You can not really get them banned for that.

What you should do is make comment like "Never give up! We got this!" It is a positive comment so not offensive / bannable but it will make them rage at you which you can report.
