Lobby Hijackers and Toxic Teammates

Last night I queued up with a friend to play some normals. He just bought J4 and is learning him top, so he queued up for top lane. We get into champ select and he's got top, hovers that he's gonna play J4. He's second pick on our team, so he doesn't get a ban. Our mid laner is third pick, and first ban, and asks if he can top. My friend says no, he wants to practice J4 (he was very polite when saying this), so our mid laner then bans J4 and spams fck u fkc u in chat. I try and defend my friend, saying to chill out, it''s just a game, and the second ban on our team (the support) then bans my hover and they both start chanting fck u and calling my friend and I names and threatening to int feed because we wouldn't give the mid laner top. So I dodge, because I had just come from a game where our mid lane Zed gave up first blood then opened mid and was toxic all game, and didn't want to deal with another. Log back on to queue up again, and I've got a 12 minute dodge timer. I've never dodged before, but I had to because there was no way I was gonna play with a team as toxic as that. So I just got off for the night, because I wasn't going to wait 12 minutes just for another troll team.

I hate how people can hijack lobbies like that. Either I dodge and take a ridiculous time penalty, or I play a game with two people who are obviously toxic as hell and going to int for 20 minutes. I love playing this game, but god people are so toxic sometimes it just isn't worth trying to play.
