Chat restricted for the dumbest reasons ive ever seen.

Was recently chat restricted. I looked at the logs, which i will post, and riot's "Reason for punishment" is a game where I had an udyr who was doing nothing but flaming his team and feeding, and me and him argued in chat until I muted him because I was bored and waiting for 20 mins so we could ff, since he fed a kha and there was no way we were coming back from that. Not to mention it was during the april fools thing, so I dont even see how I got enough reports for it to be noticed, considering none of the enemy team reported anyone, obviously. Other game was one of my "friends" talking shit to me and me talking shit to him. We were having a one on one conversation that did not involve either one of us being toxic to anyone aside from eachother, so I dont see how that's a valid reason to chat restrict me lol. Last one was a recent one, I had a darius flaming me and accusing me of flaming our jg, when all I said was "I havent seen yi in my lane yet", as you will see in the chat logs. Yes, I did flame the darius eventually after I got tired of watching him flame me for no reason at all, and yes I should have muted him and not done anything other than that. But, I dont see how the other two games can be counted as "Bad behavior"? The udyr that apparently ended up reporting me was reported by everyone on my team, and I didnt get a notification of him receiving any punishment, so why am I receiving punishment for that when he was literally the only person who reported me, and he only reported me because he was being toxic in any way he could lol. I just fail to understand the reason behind the chat restriction, and I wouldnt care about the chat restriction, but I'm pretty sure that counts towards my overall record for bad behavior, which can eventually lead to a ban, and I lose my chances to get loot boxes and keys, etc. I dont see how this is justifiable in this situation. Please reconsider. Thanks!

Telling someone they should harm themselves, others, or making threats yourself is bannable for the first offense. If you believe you were treated unfairly you can submit a Support Ticket for a manual review, but you'll probably just lose your account. I recommend muting players and not getting into fights or insulting and making such offensive suggestions; there are real people on the other side of that screen and this sort of behavior is not tolerated.

First of all, you deserved it. You're toxic, you talked a helluva lot, and you continually called someone a retard, while also telling them to kill themselves.

Second of all, to get punished, you get reported for the same offense over a series of games, not just one. So if you've been reported for offensive speech in 10 different games or however many it takes, that's why you are punished. It only takes 1 valid report from however many games they require to get punished.

Lol you should most definitely get a chat ban for that... There is no reson at all for a person to flame. No matter how much someone feeds. Just report for inting and keep quiet or dont play at all.

Yeah dude, consider this a warning from riot. This was without question toxic like behavior. You don't have to listen, but take the chat restriction and focus more on your own play rather than complaining about others. It's no ones job to help you win the game. You have to understand that you are on a team with 4 other people who also think their the main character. Focus on self play before you worry about others. I used to act like this a lot, but I eventually got into the habit of using the "/mute all" command and my play improved a lot. Who cares what other people say, be the mature one in the game. Be nice to others, and respect everyone.
