Does this really deserve a suspension? I had someone on my team consistantly being toxic to me.

well what did you expect? League of legends is a hub of snowflakes they don't care if their ruining your game they only care when you criticize them

I'd also like to point out I was suspended for this ONE game, no previous punishments. I've never seen a suspension over one game before.

Dude you honestly expect a xerath to be able to follow a kat while she roams? She will turn around and murder him.

There's nothing I hate more (obviously exaggerating) than an ignorant laner complaining about my mid laner roaming, especially when I pinged it. I play anivia ... much like xerath, I'm slow. Kat is highly mobile... she has roam advantage. So the right thing to do, is stay in lane, warn your allies when she's gone, and push/farm my lane. That way, you (should) actually get back under tower depending on the situatuon, and don't get killed, while I build a lead in lane, as she wastes time roaming the map doing nothing.

The fact that you put that much attention into arguing with this random guy, justifies a punishment. It should just be a chat restrict though. I don't think this justifies an escalation in tiers of punishment. It probably was from quoting what he said, cuz a PC world doesn't work without zero tolerance. (Which is obviously ridiculous, but welcome the the new world of sensitivity and thought shaming)

As a side note, don't ever call for reports either. It's considered harassment because you're trying to get people to gang up on the guy and it's basically like saying "I'm right and he's wrong". There's no reason to ever call for reports, as 1 report has the same effect as 9 reports.

Also, I'm pretty bad at this, so don't think I'm being elitist or ELO shaming (I'm a scrubby ass silver player), but you have to get over your Reliance on pings. Yes they help. Yes it is a nice way to help your teammates. But it shouldn't be a necessity. If you want to improve, a big part of that is map awareness. You should always have one eye on your minimap and stay aware of when enemy champions are missing in any lane. Just something to improve on. I'm bad at it. I'm not saying you're bad. I'm just saying if you wanna be a good player, that's a necessary skill.

It really doesn't matter what the xerath said. You constantly arguing or indirectly flaming him. You created a very negative gaming experience for your other 3 teammates by constantly engaging the xerath, directly and indirectly, THE ENTIRE GAME.

Definitely deserved the punishment. As far as the actually scale of punishment depends on your toxic history...and since I saw your 6 month old thread up top.....
