So I was wondering if there was a way to check to see if you've been reported.. I wanna become a PBE player in the impending future and of course you have to be an upstanding player. I understand that you probably can't check but there are always people who report for no reason and I was just wondering if there was anyway to check. Please and thank you :) 
Reports arent recorded and are irrelevant to what you talk about. Only punishment matters. U can be reported 100000 times, as long as u dont get punished its irrelevant.
I'm pretty sure Riot is working on adding a monitoring system so you can find out how often you're getting reported and how often those reports are considered "valid" as well as how often the reports you make against other people are considered "valid." No word on when such a system would be put in place though.
I wish you good luck with getting in^^ From what I know as long as you're consistently active on live you have a chance to have your application accepted. For me the process took ~7 months I think? If you keep checking this site https://pbesignup.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/pbe every 2 weeks you'll stay up to date on your Pbe application status.
