report for not playing the given role

where is the report button for players who ignore the roles given in champ select? this should have been added as soon as the game mode went live. or at least let only the player who was selected as jungler get smite, also make the roles swap-able so we know if were gonna have people trading roles. it is absurd that even when you make a game mode to fix this problem you still get trolls.
