I wonder if these toxic people even think before flaming/harassing someone?

Whether I am the victim or not, this happens all day everyday I play League. I just got out of a match where I played okay, had my turret at 100% hp for first 10-15 mins until jungler helped him take it down in one push after ganking me.(in other words I did okay up until we were all just getting ran over)

I built first on yasuo was the first thing I got spam pinged for, the rest I have no idea because the person was just senselessly pinging my movements and basically anything he saw he didn't like i guess, he continues to call me a noob and then asks the enemy team for reports on me at the end of the match(when asking for reports alone is considered harassment)

Like I actually didn't do any worse than the rest of my team and surely was at least equal to the person flaming me, so he decides to harass me all game and then ask for reports... Even if you try to reason with these people they cannot back up the stuff they're bitching you for, I ask if he even has any idea why not to build IE first and he ignored that and found something else to nag me for. Sad thing is that he is likely NOT going to get punished for doing this
