You seriously think it's gonna do something? xD It could be possible if he went full Disco Nunu, but other than that, no way that guy will get banned

Edit: the guy who trolled OP played Janna support with tp/ghost, full AD build.. Guy who got banned for doing it last time got 511 reports in one month before some1 did a manual review and gave him 2-week ban xD Soooo I wouldn't be suprised if nothing happens to him

He has pretty clear pre-game chat that he is trolling, all you have to do is say 'hey, look at pre-game chat' and yea, he will probably get punished. If you do nothing, nothing can be done.

i got an instantfeedback report, I don't know who it's for, but I know it's for that game, i reported another one in my game for flaming everyone.. its pretty close

You do realise punishment system is automated, you can write a whole fucking Bible and it won't matter.

They do manual reviews time to time, especially if someone is getting a lot of reports, and that'll help.

If this guy doesn't get at least couple of hundred of reports, they won't get manually reviewed, and they only do manuals for large amount of reports or cases where it's unclear if the person is trolling or not, and this case doesn't belong in any category. That being said, Riot will go with the good old 'Everyone are allowed to build/play however they want and this guy won't get jack shit
