The most bugs gotten in a day

So i may not have proof as i was in a rush to play my ranked game. The first bug was when i was playing , the game started to load in then it froze and i couldn't get out of the tab, alt tab ,or crtl alt dlt, then after i could get out the game was remade lost 20lp. Then another game as we were defending the nexus, i was the most fed one on the team and we could 5v5, if they protect me so as i was wave clearing my game got an error and it was terminated and i had to reconnect and by then it said the game is no longer in process and boom 16 lp lost. This needs to stop i keep getting different bugs and losing lp for it its not the same bugs over and over, so i know its not just me if i keep getting alot of different bugs per day. I can't go up in rank at all i keep remaining around the same lp at the end of the day.
