The ip bug

Well here is the thing as usually i was playing league to earn ip to buy champions and play ranked. Then after some games i noticed that my ip was the same even if i add all of it up its higher than what i have right now 333 and its stuck on it please help i lost 479 ip from some games maybe 4-5 of rift
