Would this be bannable behavior if all the sudden i just switch from playing my champions the way i play them to being a crit fizz main and i become responsible for maybe like 60 losses as i get down to silver?
One of the many reasons i refuse to play ranked is that its perfectly acceptable to buy and play however you want. you may get the idea that "wow, like, check it. Comeback exp got nerfed, right? SO WHAT IF i ONLY COUNTER JUNGLE THE ENTIRE GAME. :-O holy shit, then the enemy jungler will be FJUCKED and nobody will get gnaked and IMMA GENIUS!!!"

You absolutely can build whatever you like so long as you play to win. Don't expect anyone to be cool with it though. Just mute all and play on.
However, if you're trying to lose that is a different story.
If something doesn't work and it becomes clear to you that it is losing you matches, then you should stop doing it, otherwise you are intentionally throwing matches and ruining games for players.
Why would you want to do it if it causes you to demote ranks anyways?
